Hasta la vista, Barcelona. :)

Unfortunately, our project hasn’t reached the finals of the Mobile Peer Awards ceremony. This is a just decision of the international judge panel.

But we have drawn some important conclusions, and next year we will surely achieve success in Barcelona.

By the way, we are going to release English and French versions of Wapalta in spring and prepare quality presentation materials. In short, we’ll keep on working hard.

Well, and for the time being, we are working on an excellent update, which will be released in just a few days.

Back in Barcelona! Wapalta may become a participant project at the Mobile World Congress

Today we have received a letter from the organizing committee of the Mobile World Congress, which will take place in Barcelona in February. According to the letter, our project has reached the semifinal of the international innovative mobile products contest (the Mobile Peer Awards ceremony).

At the contest, Wapalta is the only project from Russia.

There are 42 semifinalists now, but only 20 projects will make it to the finals. The strict yet just judges from all over the world – well-known businesspeople and mobile industry professionals – will make their choice in the next 7 to 10 days.

If our project wins (the chance of which is about 48%), we’ll be able to bring Wapalta to the international market. That will help us find business partners and investors around the world.
